- Session 01: Login Screen and Calendar
Screen: displays how to log in and an overview of the calendar screen
- Session 02:
Add a Contract: how to add a contract record, tasks, documents, and e-mail alerts.
- Session 03:
Add a Custom User-Defined Fields: how to add custom user-defined fields to the contract screen (and vendor or employee screens). Custom Fields support text boxes, multi-line text boxes, currency/money, dates, integer/number, decimal, and drop down box fields. Each field includes a field label, help text, required indicator, and is fully searchable (and reportable). Fields can be assigned to all contract types or individual contract types.

Quick Search (text search) & Custom Search: how to quickly search contracts using a text search; and how to create a custom search with multiple criteria, sorting, saving, exporting, and e-mailing searches.
- Session 05:
Administration: Add Department: how to add a new department to the department list for tracking contracts for a new department.
